All rates we quote are, of course, subject to availability and alteration. All special offers quoted are limited and subject to availability, and may be subject to a minimum stay.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, Narangs International Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels) cannot accept liability for any errors or omissions and we reserve the right to change information and descriptions of listed hotels and products and to amend manifest error in the quoted prices.


At Narangs International Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels), the privacy and protection of personal data is treated with the utmost seriousness. Our privacy statement sets out the data protection practices currently in place within the company.

We fully endorse and adhere to the principles of Data Protection Law in India. Specifically, we will:

We strive to exceed the expectations of our guests and continually improve the quality of service and product provided in our hotels. As such, customer comments and feedback are highly valued and an essential tool for our business. As part of your Overall Hotel Stay Experience, we engage a third party to randomly survey guests and request an evaluation of all aspects of your hotel stay. These surveys are sent via e-mail. If you do not wish to be contacted for satisfaction surveys, please advise the hotel either at check-in, during your stay, or via the link at the bottom of the survey invitation e-mail you receive. When making a reservation or upon checking into a hotel, you have the opportunity to opt in to receive periodic communications regarding special promotions and offers from The Ambassador Hotels. If you have chosen to receive them, you may opt to stop receiving these e-mails at any time, via the link at the bottom or by contacting The Ambassador Hotels on crm@ambassadorindia.com.


In most cases, the information you provide is uploaded to a local database and for Narangs International Hotels Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels). In the course of processing your information, it may be necessary to transfer your information to other hotels within The Ambassador Group of Hotels, their affiliates and/or third party service providers located in India for the purposes outlined within this Privacy Statement. As a general practice, The Ambassador Hotels does not sell, rent, or give physical possession of your information to unaffiliated third parties outside Narangs International Hotels Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels). The parties with whom the information is shared are contractually prohibited from using personally identifiable information for any purpose other than for the purpose Narangs International Hotels Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels) specifies.


This site uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol to protect your online transaction. Secure Sockets Layer is a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet. This allows your computer to communicate with our server in a way that is designed to prevent tampering or message forgery. We have our patron ‘SIMPLOTEL’ through which we operate a highly secure booking engine which keeps your Credit Card details secured. Please note we will not be liable for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorized access by a third party to the information transmitted by you when making reservations at this website.


All packages are available at any Ambassador Hotels Hotel, subject to room availability. If you book a Stay Longer package and check out early, you will be charged for the full stay.


We do not store any personal or traceable customer information in the cookies that we use. Additionally, all our cookie data is encrypted to prevent third parties from accessing the information they contain. Each cookie we set lasts only for the duration of each visit.


Please note that different terms, conditions and cancellation policies in relation to all online bookings via all Narangs International Pvt. Ltd (The Ambassador Group of Hotels) - branded websites may apply, depending on the hotel and room or rate type selected. Please read the room rate details that are provided carefully before you make your online booking.

Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number – we recommend you make a note of it, though you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details.

In the event that you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.


Corporate Online is a service that we offer to Corporate Clients who have approved credit facilities set up with The Ambassador Hotels. These reservations are assumed to be on a payment on departure basis unless otherwise stated during the booking process by checking the correct box on the reservation screen. All billing instructions provided for a reservation are assumed to be correct and final, unless otherwise advised in writing by the booker. In line with The Ambassador Hotel’s credit handling procedures, separate written authorization is required for third party credit card charges on all bookings made via the Corporate Online section of the website.

The hotel reservation team will contact all bookers to request required documentation. Reservations will be guaranteed when the requested documents are received.

The Ambassador Hotels Sales Managers issue login usernames and passwords to Corporate Clients and thereafter that Client is responsible for security and proper use of the account. The Ambassador Hotels reserve the right to temporarily or permanently withdraw login facilities from a Corporate Client in the event of a breach of either security or other conditions.


If for reasons beyond the hotel's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, strikes, labour disputes, acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities, civil disorder, disaster, acts of war, acts of God, fires, flood or other emergency conditions, or due to any delay in necessary and essential repairs of the hotel, the hotel is unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, the non-performance is excused and the hotel may terminate the original agreement without further liability of any nature. In no event shall the hotel be liable for consequential damages of any nature, for any reason whatsoever.


Credit card details are taken at the time of booking for guarantee purposes. By securing your online reservation with a credit card, your room is guaranteed until midnight on the day of arrival, after which the room is released and may be resold. All reservations made on www.ambassadorindia.com must be guaranteed with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). In the case of a no show, your credit card will be charged for one night's accommodation. Valid Government ID is required upon check-in.


Cancellations must be made within the cancellation period signified on the reservation confirmation. If notice of cancellation is not received by the required date, the hotel will charge one night's accommodation. Please note that some rates are non-refundable and in the event of a no show, the full charge of the booking is taken from your credit card. Once your booking is made, you will receive an on-screen confirmation reference number – we recommend you make a note of it, though you will also receive an email outlining your reference number and reservation details. In an event where you have to cancel your reservation, you will need your confirmation reference number, as well as the email address used to make the reservation.


All promotional offers are subject to specific terms, conditions, and restrictions listed on the specific webpage. All special offers are subject to availability.

Apart from printing information in connection with your travel, you are not allowed to reproduce, replicate, sell, resell or otherwise exploit these websites unless we provide you with prior written permission to do so.


We urge all our customers to protect accounts passwords and accept responsibility for all account activity that occurs as a result.


In no event shall The Ambassador Hotels or any of its subsidiaries, hotels or affiliates be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential damage or damages arising out of your access or use, or your inability to use any Ambassador Hotels-branded website, or any materials or recommendations made by third parties on www.ambassadorindia.com.

You hereby waive any and all claims against us and our subsidiaries and hotels arising out of your use of our websites or any materials or recommendations of any third parties on our website.


The company and The Ambassador Hotels reserves the right to cancel contracts based upon incorrect information having been displayed in relation to price or service.
