Arrival and Departure Policy -
Check-In - 1200 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
Checkout - 1200 Hours
Later check-outs available on request and subject to availability

Guarantee Policy -
Credit Card or Travel Agency must guarantee all bookings at time of reservation. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy -
From 1st October to 31st December
Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s room charge will be levied in case of non-arrival.

From 1st January to 15th April
Reservation must be cancelled 30 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s stay will be levied for cancellations received up to 8 days prior to arrival. Full stay will be levied for cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival.

From 16th April to 30th September
Reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. One night’s room charge will be levied in case of non-arrival.

Child Policy -

• One child under 12 years of age can stay in the parents' room without being charged.
• A separate room will be provided if there are two children less than 12 years of age, at 50% discount on the parents' applicable rate.
• A separate room will be provided at 50% discount on the parents' applicable rate for one child between 12 and 16 years of age.
• The 50% discount on the parents' room rate will not be applicable on the black out dates identified by the hotel.
• For single parents traveling with up to two children under the age of 12, a single occupancy rate will be charged.
• For single parents travelling with one child under 12 and one child over 12 years of age, double occupancy rates will be charged.
